Through The Looking Glass - Logo TTLG - FAQs

Is it possible to have a course
built for my own needs?

Yes, if you are an organisation. TTLG is happy to modify any existing programme to best reflect your own needs and strategy. Please complete the questions in Contact Paul Clark.
Do I need to install specific
software to access your
Learning Capsules?
No, you can access our Capsules from any web browser. The only software needed is Flash Player, which is present on 98% of all computers worldwide. It makes no difference if you use Windows or Mac.
What do I need to do if I
would like a course that does
not exist in your portfolio?
TTLG works with a number of partners who provide expertise that is complementary. Please just drop us a line at Paul and we will endeavour to find a solution for you.
If I enrol for a Learning
Capsule, do I have to be online
at the same time as you?
No, you are free to access the Capsule at your convenience. If you are engaged in an assignment, then we will correspond directly with you concerning the procedures and assessment.
What should I do if I want
personal guidance and advice?
If you have followed an In-Company programme, you will have direct access to Paul Clark. If you have signed on for an online Learning Capsule, then personal tuition is a function of the option you selected when making your purchase.
Can I get a discount if I buy
Paul's books through TTLG?
There is no specific discount available, unless the books are included with the package purchased by your organisation, in the case of an In-Company programme. However, buying the books directly from www.ashgate.com does allow you a 15% discount off the published price.
Can you conduct a training
needs analysis for my company?

Yes. We have the experience to conduct an audit of your skills status and needs and make recommendations.
Do I need to prepare myself in
advance for any of your programmes?
That depends. We will need to know your background and experience when you register so that we can suggest preliminary reading material.
Does TTLG provide all
necessary materials?
All supporting documentation will be provided, either in hard copy or electronic form. For in-company programmes, especially SkyChess, we may ask the host organisation to provide some laptop computers for the team work.
What kind of recognition will I get
if I attend a TTLG programme?
Paul Clark and the partners he has selected all have solid reputations, both in the airline industry and the field of higher education. Every participant who satisfactorily completes a programme will receive a TTLG diploma.
What happens if I want to cancel my
attendance?
In the case of an organisation, the procedures are built into the contractual agreement. If you are an individual and wish to cancel a registration for a Learning Capsule, please refer to paragraph 9 of our Terms and Conditions.
The question I want to ask is not
listed here? Who do I speak to?
That’s easy. Just email Paul at Paul
